“WHOLEHEARTEDLY AGAINST WAR” ELECTIQN OF YEAR’S OFFICERS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, May 11. The New Zealand Educational Institute elected Mri Q. A. Banner, headmaster of the Lyall Bay School, president for the ensuing year. Mr. G. F. Griffiths (Otago) was elected vice-president and Mr. C. Robertson (Wellington) treasurer. The following were elected to the executive: Misses F. J. Taylor (Auckland) and J. G. Park (Wellington), Messrs. Finlayson,. Graham, Kane and McGlashan (Wellington), Abel (Dunedin), Boswell (Auckland), Colee (Christchurch), Pryor (Palmerston North). The institute declared itself wholeheartedly against war and recommended the members of all branches to link up with and support in every way the League of Nations Union..
