PRIME MINISTER’S VISIT

DEPUTATION FROM DAIRYMEN. ARRANGEMENTS FOR FRIDAY. The Mayor of, Eltham (Mr. I. J. Bridger) has been advised that the Prime Minister (Rt. Hon. G. W. Forbes) will arrive at Eltham accompanied by Mrs. Forbes, next Friday morning and will leave the following morning for Stratford.

A large deputation of farmers will be received by the Prime Minister at Eltham on Friday morning concerning the dairy position.

The Prime Minister has expressed a desire to visit the Rennet Co’s premises and the manager, Mr. G. H.. P. Fitzgerald, has made arrangements for an inspection. In conformity with Mr. C. A. Wilkinson’s arrangements the Prime Minister will attend the re-union of old residents of Eltham in the afternoon and he and Mrs Forbes will receive the debutantes at the jubilee ball at night.
