HOW TO MAKE LEMON HONEY.
4 eggs lightly beaten, 11b. sugar, Jib., butter, grated rind and juice of 4 lemons. Put all ingredients into double saucepan and stir gently (occasionally) until it thickens (about 20 minutes). Then you can make these delightful Lemon Honey Tartlets. Simply roll Fether-Flake about Jin. thick, cut into small rounds with cutter, score top with smaller cutter. Bake in a quick oven about 15 minutes. When cool, gently press in the top with finger. Fill with lemon honey when cold.
