Feilding, May 4. There was a heavy yarding of fat lambs and fat sheep, a moderate yarding of stores, and light offerings of store fat dairy cattle at the Feilding stock sale. Values of fat lambs were slightly easier for primest lines, following the drop in London prices, hut medium lines were firm at previous rates. There was a fair yarding of store sheep. Prices for store lambs declined, but breeding ewes had a good market, especially young ewes. The yardings of fat, store and dairy cattle were small. The market for fats was easy, but that for dairy cattle showed signs of livening up a little.
