ANNUAL MEETING OF SOCIETY. ELECTION OF OFFICERS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, April 18. The annual meeting of the New Zealand Native Bird Protection Society elected the following officers:—President, Captain Sanderson; council, Mrs, Knox Gilmer, Dr. Morice, Messrs. B. C. Aston, J. L. Kirk, W. E. McLean, E. Phillips Turner; secretary and treasurer, Miss C. M. Gow. . Mr. J. A. Young eulogised the national work of the society.
