KENNEL CLUB AFFAIRS

ELECTION OF THE OFFICERS. A general meeting of the New Plymouth Kennel Club last night decided that entries for the annual show close on May 25. It was agreed that the deposit for removal of dogs on the first night be 10s. Trophies for the show were allocated. The following officers were elected: Patron, Mr. R. W. D. Robertson; president, Mr. J. M. Smith; vice-presidents, Messrs. L. Cooper and W. H. Moyes; secretary, Mr. K. R. Hancock; committee, Messrs. A. Walsh, G. Beer, Loudon, F. W. Copestake, H. E. Wright and K. Meuli.
