Herr Stepan Tillmann, leader of the Fatherland Front, declares that the agreement • was on the basis of the creation of an authoritarian State. Dr. Dolfuss announced to a demonstration of 30,000 peasants at Graz that all organisations were welded, which, in view of the recent dissensions, surprised Vienna.
