REVIVAL OF THE SWARAJ
AIMS OF INDIAN LEADERS. B OPPOSITION TO REFORMS. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 10 p.m. . Calcutta, April 2. The leaders’ conference at New Delhi yesterday passed a resolution favouring the revival of the Swaraj party and contesting the elections for the Central Legislature next December. The leaders’ aim is to “repeal repressive laws” and the rejection of the reform proposals contained in the White Papers seeking their replacement by the national demand outlined by Mr. Gandhi at the round-table conference.
