CONFERENCE AT WAIMATE. Twelve teams are competing. The teams are from clubs in Masterton, Greymouth, Dunedin (4), Christchurch (3)» Oamaru, Timaru and, Waimate. The visiting delegates, numbering about 70, were welcomed* this afternoon by the parish priest, the Rev. J. Herbert,' and the Mayor, Mr. G. Dash.
