COURT DECIDES AGAINST TRAINER.

Judgment for the defendants was given to-day by Mr. E. Page, S.M., in a case in which Charles Pritchard, trainer, Trentham, sued Norman Aitken and Herbert Wood for £123 15s lid, which he claimed was due as fees and commission for his training of the defendants’ horses Autopay, Maypay and Solitaire.
