WESTLAND MILL GUTTED
FIRE OUTBREAKS AT HOKITIKA. UNOCCUPIED COTTAGE DESTROYED By Telegraph—Press Association. Hokitika, March 26. An outbreak of fire at 10 o’clock yesterday morning gutted the control room of the Westland Timber Box Company’s mill, near the wharf, including machinery valued at £3OO. The remaining portion of the mill was not' damaged There was no insurance on this particular section.- ■ - Another outbreak early this morning destroyed an unoccupied, cottage owned by Mr. John Cameron .and insured for £3OO in the Guardian Office.
