For Apia, Pago Pago and Niue Island (per Maui Pomare from Wellington) at 12.45 p.m. Late fee 1 p.m. Parcels, Saturday, March 24, at 5 p.m. Trans-Tasman Air Mail. On the occasion of the return flight to Australia of the Southern Cross (piloted by Sir Charles Kingsford Smith), an air mail will be despatched and will contain letters and registered letters only, the charges on which will be the air mail fee of 6d for each ioz in addition to ordinary postage rates. In addition letters will be accepted for transmission in and beyond Australia, provided the appropriate air mail charges are prepaid. Letters bearing New Zealand addresses to be forwarded by the air mail must bear additional postage in Australian stamps at the rate of 2d per oz. The mail will be made up at' Kaitaia and the plane will take off from 90-Mile Beach on the 28th inst. provided favourable weather conditions prevail. The air mail will close here on Monday, March 26, at 6 p.m. Late fee 6.30 p.m. MONDAY, APRIL 2. For Great Britain, Ireland, Europe, Canada and United States of America, via Vancouver,..
