PERMANENT SECRET POLICE
GENERAL GOERING MAKES DECREE. STATUS OF PRUSSIAN OFFICIALS. London, March 17. General Goering, Prussian Prime Minister, reports a Berlin correspondent, has issued a decree giving secret. police officials a permanent character instead of functioning as hitherto as a Nazi body stamping out social democracy and Communism.
