OVERWHELMED BY FALL. By Telegraph—Press Association. Westport, March 20. Joseph T. Smith, aged 37, who leaves a wife and two children, was killed by a fall of coal while extracting pillars in the CoalbroOkdale section of the Denniston mine last night. A trucker named William Andrews was also overwhelmed, but escaped with g.fiises and abrasions. Smith’s body was not recovered until hours later. —
