WEATHER GENERALLY FINE
CONDITIONS BECOMING WARMER. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The weather should be fine in most districts and is becoming warmer. Some scattered, misty rain, however, is expected in the far north and mist or fog on parts of the east coast. A very intense anti-cyclone still covers New Zealand with the centre near the Chatham Islands. North-easterly to northerly winds, still strong in the far north but otherwise light to moderate, later freshening in and south of Cook Strait, are expected. Seas will be rough north of East Cape and elsewhere smooth to moderate.
