MOTUROA DRUIDS

LODGE MAKES PROGRESS Membership of the Moturoa Lodge of Druids now stands at more than 500. The lodge which is regularly admitting new members, promises to become one of the strongest in the district. The fortnightly meeting was held on Monday. Arch-Druid Bro. J. Knapman presided. There was a good attendance. Also present were: V.A.D. Sister Gilbert, J.P.A. Bro. E. Lister, secretary Bro. W. Groombridge, treasurer Bro. G. Butler, T.G. Bro. Grounds, O.G. Bro. Gable, A.D. Bard Bro. J. Peller, V.A.D. Bards Sisters Holmes and Beard. Three other members were received into the order, the initiation ceremony being performed by Arch Druid Bro. J. Knapman, assisted by the V.A.D. Sister F. Gilbert.
