EMPIRE GAMES BOWLING

NEW ZEALAND TEAM LEAVES. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night New Zealand will be represented in the bowling section of the Empire Games to be held in London during the second week in August. There will be bowling on five days, with competition in singles, pairs and rinks. Three players from Auckland and one from Waikato are combining to form a rink. They are H. Grocott, G. G. Pollard and G. H. Carter (Auckland) and W. W. Dillicar (Hamilton). They left for England to-day by the Ruahine, and it is their intention to participate in the singles and pairs as well as in the rinks.
