FRASER ROAD NOTES
The opening euchre party of the 1934 season in the Fraser Road hall on Friday was well attended and enjoyable. The prizewinners were Miss M. Jennings 1, Miss E. Campbell 2, Messrs. Slight 1 and P. Davidson 2. After supper there was dancing to music by the Misses E. and D. Sanderson, Messrs. A. Campbell and P. Rangi. Mr. R. Sharpe was master Of ceremonies.
As a result of a working-bee held a parking place for cars has been provided at the Fraser Road golf links and three of the putting greens have been levelled. Those assisting with the work were entertained by Mrs. S. Death.
