MAN KILLED IN GRAVEL PIT
FACE FALLS WITHOUT WARNING. By Telegraph—Press Association. . Invercargill, Last Night. A middle-aged farmer, Thomas Brazier, residing at Rakauhauka, was killed to-day while working in Hanning’s gravel pit at Grove Bush, where without warning part of the face fell upon him. Although he was not completely buried but was only hit by the fall, it appears *-hat he was killed almost instantly. _
