i Miss Joblin returned to Wanganui on Saturday after a fortnight’s holiday at j Stratford. I Mrs. J. Thompson and Miss Marjorie Thompson, Dunedin, have been the guests of Mrs. Thompson’s daughter, Mrs. C. Turner. Miss Middleton has returned from a holiday spent at Christchurch. Mrs. F. McKenzie has returned from a holiday spent in the Hawke’s Bay district. Mrs. K. Neal is spending a holiday at New Plymouth beach. Mrs. C. Hart is spending a holiday in Auckland ac the guest of Mrs. K. Angus. Miss Marjory Curd has returned from, a holiday at Auckland., Mrs. Williams, Auckland, who has been the guest of Mrs. Jeffries, has returned home. Mrs. R. B. Chapman, Mateu, is the guest of her mother, Mrs. Wiggens. Mrs. H. C. Johnson has returned from her holidays. Mrs. A. H. Trotter and Miss Audrey Knight, who have been visitors to Wellington, have returned. Mrs. Mosely, Oamaru, is the guest of her sister, Mrs. A. H. Trotter. Miss Grace North is holiday-making with a party of friends at Urenui. Miss Rita Thompson, Wellington, is the guest of her aunt, Mrs. Kirkwood. Miss Nancy Young, Christchurch, is the guest of Mrs.- Jardine. Mrs. Hamilton, who has been on a holiday to Fiji, has returned. Mrs. W. Willjams is on a holiday visit’ to Hamilton. Mrs. L. Joblin, who has been the guest of her mother, Mrs. C. Massey, has returned to her home at Raetihi. On Friday evening a farewell party was held in th? Parish Hall in honour of Miss Max Skoglund, who is leaving for Christchurch to be married. The committee was .Mesdames R. Curtis, D. Morris, E. McCullough, Graham and C. Williams.
