TWO PERSONS MISSING
ANXIETY FELT FOR ONE. ELDERLY MAN AND YOUTH. At 1 p.m. on Tuesday Harry McCabe, a single man, left his boardinghouse in Powderham Street, New Plymouth. He has hot been seen since. Anxiety is felt for his safety. Friends state he was somewhat depressed' recently. McCabe is -55 yearn of age, single, and suffers from diabetes, having been a patient at the public hospitals at Patea and New Plymouth. He is a New Zealander. His description is as follows:—Medium build, five feet seven inches in. height, very pale complexion, looks very ill, thin features, fair hair, blue eyes, walks with a limp of the right leg, wearing brown suit, light grey overcoat and cap, coloured shirt and collar to match, neatly dressed generally.
A sixteen-year-old boy, Reginald Interman Hill, Puniho,. left the house of relatives without warning on Saturday last but was seen on Sunday at New Plymouth, and is believed to be working on a farm. However, touch has not yet been established with him. It had been thought that Hill might have endeavoured cto secure-work on a ship as he was fond of the sea. When he left home he had his belongings in a sugar sack. He is five feet seven , inches in height, fair complexioned, has auburn brown hair, grey-blue eyes, wearing a blue suit, dark grey overcoat and sandshoes with brown facings.
