Rec. 8 p.m. Chicago, Jan. 22. The judge ruled a mistrial in the case of Dr. Alice Wynekoop after a physicians’ commission reported that defendant was so ill that the ordeal of the trial would endanger her life. She is charged with the murder of her daughter-in-law, whose body was found naked On an operating table at their mansion.
