Mr. Malcolm MacDonald, Under-Sec-retary for Dominion Affairs, told the House of Commons that he was searching every conceivable list, including the Dominion, Colonial and Indian Services, but thus far without result, and persons of outside services were being considered. He had invited members to submit the names of suitable candidates.
