CHARGES OF ESPIONAGE
EIGHTEEN ARRESTS AT PARIS, INVESTIGATIONS COVER YEAR. By Telegraph—Press Assn—Copyright. Rec. 10 p.m. London, Dec. 20. The Paris correspondent of the Daily Mail says that 18 espionage arrests have been made, mostly of foreigners, as a climax to nearly a year’s delicate investigations wherein about 200 detectives have participated. Further arrests are expected.
