A PICTURESQUE WEDDING.
One of the most picturesque weddings seen in London for some time took place recently (states a London exchange). The famous Royal Artillery (Stringed) Band was present in full dress uniform, with pipers of the Scots Guards, and the choir was dressed in scarlet with Elizabethan ruffles. The bride was Miss Nina Mary Terry, of Eastbourne, daughter of the Late Rev. L. T. Terry and Mrs. N. MontagueKite, and the bridegroom was Mr. G. Robert Gair, of Edinburgh. The bridegroom was in the full dress uniform of the Royal Artillery, as were a guard of honour of officers. The pipers played in the street, an unusual sight for Leadenhall Street on a busy Saturday.
