WHANGAMOMONA MAN'S DIVORCE. A decree nisi in divorce to be made absolute in three months was made by his Honour - Mr. Justice Blaix - at the Supreme Court, New Plymouth, yesterday in favour - of Albert Joseph Ryan, labourer, Whangamomona, against Gladys May Ryan. The ground of the petition was adultery, Arthur - R. Perham, Stratford, being named as co-respondent. Mr. L. M. Moss represented petitioner. George Lamplough, butcher, Stratford, said that respondent and co-respondent had been living together at Whangamomona, Stratford and Midhirst. Costs on the lowest scale were awarded against co-respondent. Petitioner did not apply for custody of the child of the marriage.
