SIX FLOODS IN A MONTH. To have . his farm flooded six times in one month and to see two seasons’ crops virtually ruined by high winds were among the misfortunes suffered by Robert Gibson during his thirteen years’ occupation of a property at Oxford, Canterbury, which he bought in 1919. These facts were contained in the sworn statement made by Gibson, now a works foreman, at a meeting of his creditors a few days ago. There was no quorum. Questioned by the official assignee, bankrupt said that his failure was brought about entirely by farming conditions. Bankrupt’s statement of accounts showed the amount owing to unsecured creditors as £1134. There were no assets. . ■ l '
