Hughson; auditor, Mr. A. Chadwick; committee, Messrs. H. Madson, B. Dew, A. Rawles, L. Clare, R. Grant, J. Penman, W. H. Nosworthy, V. Reynolds, F. Hoskin and T. Smart, Mesdames Hughson, Dew, Trim, Locke, Cauton, Wallace, Ferguson, Clare and Smart. The secretary, , whose services were highly spoken of, was voted an honorarium of, £lO 10s. The committee in charge of the new tennis courts had done good work, it was reported, and it was hoped that the erection of the netting around the courts would be completed within the next two weeks. The erecting of posts and netting was referred to the president and Mr. L. Clare for supervision.
