MASTER BUTCHERS CONFER

DOMINION ORGANISATION. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Oct. 17. Though there have been active associations of master butchers in various districts of the Dominion for a considerable time, it was not till this morning that a Dominion conference was held. Delegates from both islands are present. Mr. W. Tunley is presiding. A welcome was extended to the delegates by the Mayor, and in replying Mr. Hunley said it was hoped that the deliberations would be fruitful not only in the interests of the trade generally to employers and employees but would result in a higher standard of service to the public. „
