DRUNKEN DRIVER FINED £20
LICENSE SUSPENDED FOR YEAR. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Oct. 13. James Richard Kirby, aged 45, schoolmaster, for being found in charge of a car while in a state of intoxication, was fined £2O to-day and his license was suspended for 12 months. The offence occurred at 3 o’clock this morning. Kirby having attended a cabaret.
