ADVICE OF LATEST QUOTATIONS. REPORTS RECEIVED IN TARANAKI. Butter Quotations: Yesterday: Finest, 100 s; first, 965. The market is quiet. Last week: Finest, 98s to 102 s; steadier. Cheese Quotations: Yesterday: White, 50s; coloured, 495; dull. Last week: White, 49s to 50s; coloured, 49s to 50s; steadier. (dated October 11): Butter: New Zealand choicest salted, finest, 101 s; first grade, 98s (100 s to 102 s); market slow. Cheese: White 51s per cwt (50s); market quiet; coloured, 49s per cwt. (49s to 50s); very slow. New Zealand finest, 100 s (100 s to 102 s); firsts, 96s (98s to 995); Danish, 108 s (106 s f.0.b., 89s (84s); Australian, 96s to 100 s (101 s to 102 s). The cheese market is slow. New Zealand white, 50s to 51s (49s to 50s); coloured, 49s to 50s (49s to 50s); Canadian white, 54s to 56s (54s to 565); coloured, 54s to 56s (54s to 565); white c.i.f., 54s 6d; coloured c.i.f., 545.
