OKAIAWA TENNIS CLUB. WINS EGMONT SHIELD TWICE. Formed in 1910 the Okaiawa Tennis Club has grown in strength-and membership and for the last two years it has won the Egmont Shield in the country hard courts association. In 1910 Alfred Stace and H. R. Penny laid the foundations of a tarred court and now two concrete courts have been established.
