TROUBLE IN RELIEF CAMP. TRANSPORT NO LONGER PAID. By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, Last • Night. Because the Public Works Department has decided no longer to grant free transport to and from Christchurch for unemployed relief men working at the Ashley camp the men decided at a meeting to-night to declare a “lock-out” The term was used by the men’s spokesmen in reporting the meeting. This will not affect men who are resident in the camp, but only those who have been travelling to and from the city.
