SUPREME COURT CONVICTION. By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, August 17. Eric Hathaway, found guilty of the technical offence of indecent assault, was convicted in the Supreme Court to-day and ordered to come up for sentence if called on. Counsel said that prisoner would, in addition, be heavily punished by the naval authorities.
