Paterson, Mrs. Cottrell and Miss Clague, Mrs. Instone and Mrs. H. Christie, Mrs. Winter and Miss C. Lloyd, Mrs. Spooner and scorer. Juniors: Miss D. McKay and Mrs. A. J. Christie, Mrs. Innes and Mrs. McKay. Mrs. Hobday and Miss Elliott, Miss B. Paterson and Mrs. Gamer. The first rounds of the senior and junior championships must be played by Wednesday. PERSONAL. Mr. Espin and Mr. W. Haworth have returned to Auraa from Wanganui. Sympathy with Mr. J. Smillie, Okaiawa, in the death of Iris brother and with the relatives of the late Mr. R. J. Linn, New Plymouth, was expressed by the South Taranaki executive of the Farmers’ Union yesterday. BUSINESS ANNOUNCEMENTS. A euchre party and dance will be held in the Fraser Road hall on Monday night in aid of the Maori meeting house funds. Good prizes are offered, and particulars I are advertised.
