CENTRAL RESERVE BANK
BILL PROBABLE NEXT SESSION. ATTITUDE OF THE GOVERNMENT. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Reserve Bank Bill, which provides for the establishment of a central bank in New Zealand, will probably make its reappearance during the next session of Parliament. The Bill was introduced last session but did not get past the first reading stage. A definite decision as to the fate of the Bill will not be made by the Government until the Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. G. W. Forbes, has given an indication of London opinion, but it is believed the. present attitude of the Government is that a central bank is an important part of - the general plan of reconstruction.
