He attended the Indian Committee meeting on Tuesday and apparently was in excellent health. '• Viscount Bumham was chief proprietor of the Daily Telegraph until its sale in 1927 He was president of the Empire Press Union from 1916 to 1929 and visited New Zealand in that capacity m 1926.
