FRESHENING NORTH-EAST WINDS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The weather will be cloudy to overcast with mist or fog in many places and rain developing in northern and western districts. It will become general during the next two days. Temperatures will be mild but becoming cooler again in the south. An anti-cycloine is located east of New Zealapd, while a shallow depression covers the Tasman Sea. There will be light to moderate but freshening east to north winds. The sea will be smooth to moderate.
