FIFTY JAPANESE ARRESTED.

The police have arrested over 50 reactionaries affiliated with the Black Dragon Society, which was believed, to be planning a terrorist plot, including the assassination of the Prime Minister, Mr. Taito, General Araki, Baron Yamamoto, Count Makino, Baron Wawatsuki and Doctor Suzuki. Official residences are heavily guarded.
