FALLS IN HURDLE RACE
THREE JOCKEYS INJURED. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright Rec. 10 p.m. Melbourne, June 21. Five jumpers fell in the Trial Hurdles at Mentone to-day. Morwell ran down a Jump and four others came down. Gleeson, the rider of Egyptian News, Dillon, the rider of Attempto and Nelson, the rider of Seraglio, were hurt but Gleeson later recovered and was able to ride Announcer in the Brush Steeplechase. However, he was compelled to pull up his mount and he dismounted and collapsed.
