COASTAL MOVEMENTS.

The Totara, which left Wellington yesterday for New Plymouth, is due to-day. She will sail for Westport on Monday. (U.S.S. Co.) The Kaimai is due at New Plymouth from Greymouth and Wellington today. She has 500 tons of railway coal for discharge and will sail south on Monday afternoon. (U.S.S. Co.). The Holmglen will load at Dunedin on Monday for New Plymouth, via Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington and Wanganui. She is due at New Plymouth on June 10 and will sail the same day for Port Waikato. (Hooker Bros.) The Opihi will load at Dunedin on Monday and is due at New Plymouth, via the usual ports, on June 10. She will sail for the south the same day. (U.S.S Co.). The Hauturu, which arrived at New Plymouth from, Onehunga on Thursday morning, completed discharge of general cargo and sailed the same evening for Wanganui. She will return from there to the northern port and is due at New Plymouth again on Wednesday. The Mahurangi, which arrived at New Plymouth from Mokau on Wednesday, has completed discharge of her coal cargo and awaits favourable weather before leaving for Mokau. MOVEMENTS OF OVERSEAS SHIPS. PARRACOMBE FOR WANGANUI. The Parracombe, which arrived at New Plymouth from Auckland last Sunday, completed discharge of 3000 tons of Nauru Island phosphates by 4 o’clock yesterday afternoon and sailed about 430 for Wanganui. KALINGO FROM NEWCASTLE. ’ The Kalingo arrived off the port of New Plymouth at 10 p.m. on Thursday and was berthed at 6.30 a.m. yesterday. She completed discharge of 191 tons of Newcastle coal and sailed at 5 pan. for Wellington. CUMBERLAND DELAYED. The Cumberland has been delayed at Tokamaru Bay and is not now due at New Plymouth until Monday. She isgto load 23,800 freight carcases of meat, 5000 crates of cheese and 4600 boxes of butter before proceeding to Wellington. THE SURREY TO LOAD. Advice has been received by the New Plymouth agents that the Surrey will not now load at New Plymouth until June 29. Her allotment at New Plymouth is 14,000 freight carcases of; meat, 3700 crates of cheese and 6800 boxes of butter. GABRIELLA FROM SYDNEY. The Gabriella will leave Sydney today for New Plymouth, and is due about June 8 with 100 tons of coal and 200 tons of timber. The Gabriella will proceed later to Nelson and Napier. TAMAROA ON THURSDAY. , The Tamaroa arrived at Wellington yesterday morning to complete discharge of her London cargo. She will leave there on Wednesday for New Plymouth and is due on. Thursday to commence loading. HOLIDAY AT THE PORT. To-day being the King’s Birthday, there will be no call for labour at the port of New Plymouth. The coastal vessels Totara and Kaimai will be affected. SHIPPING TELEGRAMS. Wellington, June 2: Arrived: Rangatira, 7 a.m., and Wainui, 7.50 a.m., from Lyttelton; Holmglen, 7.15 a.m., from Port Waikato; lonic, 7.15 a.m., from Napier; Tees, 9.30 a.m., and Holmdale, 10.45 a.m., from Lyttelton; Tamaroa, 9.30 a.m., from Auckland.
