AN AGREEMENT REPORTED FOUR-POWER PACT IN EUROPE EARLY SIGNING EXPECTED FRANCO-BRITISH ACCORD DEVELOPMENT AT GENEVA By Telegraph—Press Association. Rec. 12.30 a.m. London, May 28 Britain and France have reached complete agreement on the proposed fourPower pact, says the Sunday Times. France is now communicating the terms to Poland and the Little Entente, whose acquiescence is expected. There is every probability that a pact guaranteeing European peace for ten years will be signed this week, the paper says.
