FUNERAL OF NIR. HONEYFIELD

'large numbers at service. Testifying to the esteem In which he was held by his fellow men, a large crowd attended the funeral of the late Mr. W. J. Honeyfield at the Te Henui cemetery yesterday afternoon. The cortege left Mr. Honeyfield’s residence at 2 o’clock, followed by a stream of cars about half a mile long. The service at the graveside was conducted by Archdeacon G. H. Gavin. Messrs. A. W. Sole, A. Colson, E. Honeyfield, H. Inch, R. McLean and L. Honeyfield were the bearers.
