DEVELOPMENT OF THE PLANS. x By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. Rec. 8 p.m. - Canberra, May 10. Sir George Pearce, Minister of Defence, announced to-day that if plans develop at the present rate the Singapore to Darwin air mail service will be in operation by next April. A survey of the route is now being made by Flight-. Lieutenant Ross.
