“During my period of responsibility difficult times have been with us. Somebody has to be blamed for them, and I have been that person,” said the Rt. Hon. G. W. Forbes, Prime Minister, at the Waikari sports yesterday. “If it is only the blame it does not matter, for we shall see things through. We have problems but they can be overcome. They are merely a test to find what stamina we have.” '
