TENNIS AGAINST NORFOLK ROAD. At the Inglewood courts on Saturday the--Inglewood junior tennis team defeated Norfolk Road by 13 sets (42 games) to 11 sets (125 games). Inglewood Saturday bowlers played their first round to find their champion team for the Popple Cup. Each game was of 10 heads. The results are:—G. Gernhoefer, Peters, P. Cycle Club Success, The Inglewood Cycle Club is to be congratulated on its success at the Waitara sports, C. Parker winning both the half mile and two mile New Zealand championships easily and E. Standing winning the big three miles handicap event.
