SALVATION ARMY JUBILEE
200 DELEGATES REACH DUNEDIN. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin, March 29. About 200 delegates have arrived for the celebrations of the Salvation Army jubilee in New Zealand. They will ba given a public welcome to-night. The South Island congress was opened this morning. The headquarters officers already here include Commissioner Cunningham and Colonel Taylor, chief secretary. The celebrations will conclude on Sunday.
