INGLEWOOD CYCLE RACES

■ ZIMMERMAN WINS TWO EVENTS. The Inglewood Cycle Club held another of the series of cycle races on Tuesday evening, when the one and a-half and two miles were competed for. J. Zimmerman was successful in both. Details are:— . One and a-half miles: J. Zimmerman (165yds) 1, E. Standing (165yds) 2. Standing and Zimmerman kept together till the latter pulled ahead to win comfortably. . Two miles: J. Zimmerman (250yds) 1, E. Standing (250yds) 2. This was a very close race, a number of riders being in a bunch till the last lap, when Standing and Zimmerman gained ground for Zimmerman to win in the sprint by; half a length.
