DISARMAMENT CONFERENCE

DOMINIONS TO BE REPRESENTED. NEW DEVELOPMENT IN DIPLOMACY By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, March 9. Though Downing Street made no specific request to the Dominions to cooperate, Mr. S. M. Bruce, Australian Minister resident in London, and Mr. G. H. Ferguson, Canadian High Commissioner, are going to Geneva to-mor-row to attend the Disarmament Conference owing to the gravity of the crisis. Their attendance is a new development in the Dominions’ diplomacy. No Dominion representatives have hitherto gone to Geneva except for formal transactions, for example, the Assembly opening.
