RAIN DEVELOPING
WARM AND HUMID AT FIRST. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The weather will be cloudy, warm and humid with mist or fog in many places. Otherwise conditions will be mainly fair at first, but rain will gradually set in. Fairly general falls are likely within about 24 hours. A rather deep depression of cyclonic form is located east of New South Wales, while the pressure is rising in southeastern Australia. Conditions are disturbed in Fiji and the Tonga Island groups. Moderate to strong north-east to north-west winds are probable. Seas will be smooth to moderate but increasing gradually. SHIPPING MOVEMENTS. Auckland,' Feb.
